Reception is open everyday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for this reason we kindly ask you to inform us about your arrival time in paritcular if you arrive latern than 6 p.m.
The arrival day rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. but you can arrive earlier and leave your bags in our deposit. The departure day you can use the room until 10:30 a.m. but if you want to spend more time in Florence you can store your bags in our deposit.
Reservation Policy:
Rates are in Euro per Room. The "City Tax" of Euro 1,50 per Person per night is Not Included in the Room Rate and paid directly to the B&B in cash. Credit card is required only as guarantee your reservation. No charges are made before your arrival. We'll pre-authorise your card to confirm that your card is valid. This can appear as a temporary reduction in your balance, but is not the actual charge. For further details, you can contact your credit card provider. Payment will be done at the moment of the arrival. You'll pay in advance only if you'll book a Not Refundable room.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and/or modifications are FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the terms specified (3 days before the arrival date) and should be comunicated by e-mail at [email protected] otherwise you'll be charged of the amount of 1 night. For no show or late cancellation the 1st night amount will be charged as penalty fee.
For reservations of small groups, 5 or more nights and for particular periods the management reserves the right to require advance payment of a deposit to guarantee your booking and provide a cancellation policy different than the default which will be communicated at the moment of the reservation.
